The house, overlooking the coastal pond and the ocean beyond, consists of vertical volumes with a total area of 465 square meters, which are placed at different angles and connected by glass walkways. The placement of each volume was regulated by the interior program and the desire to open a view of the natural landscape.
The two-storey part in the north of the house includes four guest rooms. The southern block on the ground floor houses an open-plan living area with a living room, kitchen and dining area, and a master bedroom is designed above it. The central part of the house is occupied by a hallway, laundry room, stairs and an elevator, and on the upper level there is a family lounge. In the eastern part of the site, the architects created a one-story pool house. Glazed walkways connecting the various volumes allow residents to appreciate the dramatic spaces in between, either flooded during the flood season or lush vegetation the rest of the time.
